Knoll’s Modified Flies
In this section you will find a selection of Doc‘s personal line of “tweaked” flies which are just a bit different then some of the more common flies we all know and use. These flies have taken several decades to accumulate and the many people who now fish them have found these flies to be quite useful on “off” days or when something ’just a little bit different is needed.

Many of the patterns are interchangeable with Eastern and Western waters.

Anglers who fish heavily fished waters will appreciate the subtle differences these flies create to entice a fish into taking the offering.
